Instructions for shipment
1. Send the form above
2. Pack your watch in a cardboard box using a lot of bubble wrap to protect the watch from damaging in transportation. Please don't include original boxes, cases etc.
3. Please send your watch via any method/any carrier that allows you to both insure and track your package.
4. Please download PRINT LABELS
4. After receiving and evaluating your watch we will mail you a written estimate. There is no charge for the estimate.
5. Please be advised that although estimates are free of charge, there are shipping and handling charges of minimum 25$ to return your watch.
6. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the return is free of charge.
